1. You must have video proof
2. You must show the whole stairway, consisting of at least 8 stairs
3. It must be within 45 seconds
4. To count it must start at the bottom and end at the bottom
5. You may touch the railing or wall
6. You may skip steps but must make it all the way to the top and bottom of the staircase
